Self reliance

What I read I felt like Emerson sees people as followersand them not being there own people. He also talks to much about religion. A quote I didn't understand was "Let not God speak to us, lest we die. Speak thou, speak any man with us, and we will obey.' "

We all know Donald Trump is a venomous person. In the other hand Hillary is a Stolid person compared to Trump. Trump looked hypnotized during the debate. Trump shall be suspended. Trump transformed the debate into a joke. He accused people all the time. He starts to anticipate things. He plans to build a fringe between Mexico and the U.S. He makes people feel melancholy. trump never speaks earnestly. That's why he always gets dissolved.

Bully assembly

There was a girl behind a curtain and a light pointing our way so we could see her shadow. Every time the national guard would finish talking about some important things about the different ways of bullying, they'd do some kinda of act where the girl was writing in her diary and saying all the different ways they bully her. Every time they showed each type of bullying she got, cyber, social, physical, verbal. In the last scene she talked about how she wanted her parents to be happy after she killed herself. That was basically all that happened, they said it's always good to be in someone's business if they're feeling like harming themselves.

Goodman response:
This is about a young and innocent man, says goodbye to his wife, Faith. Faith asks him and begs him to stay, but Goodman Brown says he has to leave, just for the evening. He went into the forest of Salem, and is soon approached by a man of about fifty, to whom he bears a strange resemblance.

Response

After finished reading the poem " Richard Cory" I realized that people can believe a rich man can be happy with money and have everything a person wants but doesn't know how that person feels inside.  This poem is quite deep. Most people would like to be like Richard because he always seems happy but once I found out he committed suicide I wonder why? He has everything a man wants so why would he commit suicide?
